Bears Close Out Pac-12 Preview



Fouillet Leads Team For 3rd Time This Season

KAILUA-KONA, Hawaii – The No. 19 California women’s golf team closed out the Pac-12 Preview on Wednesday at Nanea Golf Club in ninth place with a team score of 34-over-par 910.

For the third time during her freshman season, Constance Fouillet (71-74-78) finished as the Golden Bears’ low scorer, carding a 4-over 223 after 54 holes. She finished in a tie for 21st place individually.

The Bears ended the day in the same spot they started it on the team leaderboard, finishing two strokes ahead of 10th-place San Diego State. Junior Kaylyn Noh (80-75-72) had Cal’s best round of the day, carding a 1-under 72 to jump 12 spots and finish in a tie for 34th place.

Senior Mika Jin (75-82-76) ended the tournament with the Bears’ third-best score at 14-over 233. Sophomores Olivia Lee (78-74-84) and Anna Molloy (78-77-81) finished with identical scores of 17-over 236.

The Bears will return to Northern California for their next competition on Mar. 4-5 at the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational in Fairfax.
