Women's Golf Central: Chevron Collegiate

HOUSTON – Tennessee women’s golf is back on the road for its third tournament of the spring season, traveling to Houston, Texas, for the Chevron Collegiate.

Held at the Golf Club of Houston, the tournament will begin on Monday, Feb. 26 and feature two rounds on day one followed by a third and final round on Tuesday, Feb. 27.

Previously the ICON Invitational, Tennessee competed in the tournament last spring season, finishing 11th with a score of 1-over (865). The Lady Vols will be looking for their third consecutive top three finish, the program’s first stretch since 2018, when they featured in the top-three on four straight occasions.

LADY VOLS LINEUP

Holden is coming off her second top-10 finish of her senior season, a seventh-place effort at the Sun Coast Invitational. The Port St. Lucie, Florida, native has placed in the top 30 in five of seven tournaments this season.

Bailey Davis

Playing the best golf of her junior campaign, Davis recorded her second straight top-15 finish to begin spring play. She currently leads the team in round average through two spring tournaments.

Angela Arora

Arora posted a strong spring debut, tying for 20th at the Sun Coast Invitational with a score of 2-over (146). The sophomore recorded a 69 in the second and final round of the shortened tournament, her fourth round in the 60s in just 11 collegiate tournaments.

Manassanan Chotikabhukkana

Chotikabhukkana narrowly missed out on her sixth straight top-20 finish, placing 30th with a score of 4-over (148). The Thailand native placed 13th at last year’s ICON Invitational with a 4-over (220).
