Clemson, S.C. – Clemson women’s golf hits the road again this weekend, traveling to Augusta, Ga., for the 2024 Valspar Augusta Invitational. The tournament is held at the par-72, 6,261-yard Forest Hills Golf Club in Augusta, Ga.
For the fourth-consecutive time this spring, the Tigers’ weekend plans have been affected by the threat of inclement weather. The teams will tee off in a shotgun start on Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. and play until dark OR the conclusion of Round 2. Contingent on the weather, the teams will finish the tournament on Saturday. If the forecast holds, they will finish on Sunday, March 10
Clemson is led by Chloe Holder in the top of the lineup, who finished T3 in the Tigers’ last outing, the Gators Invitational. Isabella Rawl, Melena Barrientos, Annabelle Pancake and Sydney Roberts round out the lineup for Clemson, while Katherine Schuster will participate as an individual.
This year’s Valspar Augusta Invitational has a loaded field, including Augusta, Alabama, Auburn, Coastal Carolina, Florida State, Furman, Georgia, Georgia Southern, Louisville, Michigan, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, South Florida, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest.
