Heading to Azalea – Vanderbilt University Athletics – Official Athletics Website

CHARLESTON, S.C. – A quartet of Vanderbilt men’s golfers are headed to Country Club of Charleston this week to play in the 2024 Azalea Invitational.

John Broderick, Ben Loomis, Chase Nevins, and Rowan Sullivan are set to play in one of the country’s top amateur events. Additionally, Vanderbilt signee Bowen Ballis will also compete at the event. Each will play one 18-hole round per day at the 2024 Azalea Invitational, with play beginning Thursday at the Country Club of Charleston and ending Sunday. The Azalea Invitational attracts the very best mid-amateurs and juniors from across the country and internationally each year, along with a unique blend of college players depending upon the college schedules in that year.

The Azalea Invitational is a 72-hole amateur stroke play event held at the Country Club of Charleston each Spring a week to two weeks before the Masters.
