Filler was named to the All-SEC First-Team with Archer on All-Freshman and Tuttle a member of the SEC Community Service Team.
Filler adds to her impressive senior campaign and notches her third career conference honors after earning second-team in 2022 and all-freshman in 2021. The first-team recognition is the first Gator since 2017. She also is a four-time SEC Golfer of the Week this season. The No. 9 ranked player in the NCAA, Filler has three individual wins and a 3-0 record in match play.
A native of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. she leads the team in stroke average (71.3), top-10 (5) and top-25 (6) finishes, under par rounds (12) and low scores for 18 (64), 36 (134) and 54-holes (203). Outside of play in collegiate events, Filler finished T8 her second appearance at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur (ANWA). The performance marked the best by a Gator in the tournament all-time. The senior will also play for Team USA in the Arnold Palmer Cup this summer as she was selected to the team last week.
Archer closed out the regular-season strong with finishes of T7-T2. In her first SEC Championship, she had a team-best T20 finish with a 54-hole score of 214 (+4). Her stroke average of 72.6 is third-best on the team and is tied with Filler with six top-25 finishes. Archer has been in the lineup for eight of the nine tournaments and played in the No. 2 spot or better on six occasions.
Tuttle was recently named the Florida Athletics Community Service Athlete of the Year. She has completed 49 hours of community service with involvement in the Gators Lunch Buddies Program, Gators Track Delivery, UF Health Shands Hospital Visits and numerous after-school programs in the Gainesville community. This summer she will participate in the GatorsLead Global Journey in Spain.
Florida begins play at the East Lansing Regional at Forest Akers West Golf Course on Monday, May 6 at 9:15 a.m. The top-5 teams after 54-holes advance to the NCAA Championship (May 17-22).
