Concert Golf Partners invests $3 million into central Florida’s Heathrow Legacy Country Club

Heathrow Legacy Country Club, one of the most well-known clubs in the Orlando area, is receiving $3 million in upgrades courtesy of owner Concert Golf Partners.

Heathrow is the first club ever owned by Concert Golf, which currently has 33 properties under its owner-operator purview. Some of the upgrades to the club include 10 brand new Toptracer Range outdoor bays; 18 Champion Bermuda greens on the club’s Garl Course; irrigation improvements; renovations to the bar, patio and HVAC at the Heathrow Clubhouse; a forthcoming remodel of the Legacy Clubhouse’s lobby, boardroom, bar and dining space; and in the coming months, six new pickleball courts at the club’s onsite tennis/fitness facility.

Concert Golf makes a habit of capital investment in its clubs every year. The goal for Heathrow Legacy is to enhance amenities, service levels and the overall member experience while building and maintaining a thriving club environment. For example, the addition of the Toptracer Range bays makes it the first private facility in central Florida to feature the technology.

“This multi-million-dollar investment in Heathrow Legacy is part of the ongoing commitment by Concert Golf Partners to continually reinvest in our properties each year, as we preserve and enhance our private clubs for our members nationwide,” said Aaron Straub, senior vice president of operations at Concert Golf. “The renovations at Heathrow Legacy, including the installation of Toptracer Range and pristine Champion Bermuda greens, have further elevated the upscale amenities available at this iconic club.”
