Bobby Jones Links is now managing The Frog Golf Club in Villa Rica, Georgia. The daily-fee course is located 40 miles from Atlanta and is owned by US Strategic Capital, an investment firm based in Atlanta. The first order of business for Bobby Jones Links is to elevate the course conditions, develop the customer journey and train and empower the staff to focus on the details that make a difference for the customers.
The Frog Golf Club’s 18-hole parkland-style course was designed by renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio and opened in 1988. Measuring 7,018 yards, the course is well-known for its bentgrass greens and expansive bunkering and is routinely rated among the top courses in the state of Georgia.
“The Frog was designed by Tom Fazio around the same time he designed The Seaside Course at Sea Island and The National at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Bobby Jones Links more than 38 properties across 12 states and will use its expertise to oversee daily operations and train employees with its library of standard operating procedures, proprietary tools, best management practices, and leadership training program.
