KemperSports adds Quarry Pines Golf Club to its growing portfolio

KemperSports will now manage club operations at Quarry Pines Golf Course in Tucson, Arizona. The company aims to bolster the course’s reputation as one of the top daily-fee courses in the Tucson area. Quarry Pines joins two other Arizona properties managed by KemperSports, Corte Bella Golf Club in Sun City West and Bear Creek Golf Complex in Chandler.

Quarry Pines is an 18-hole course designed by architect Brian Huntley and sits on the edge of a 90+ acre, 100-foot-deep sand and gravel quarry. It measures some 6,500 yards from the gold tees and offers sweeping views of the nearby Catalina and Tucson Mountains throughout the course. The course prides itself on a welcoming atmosphere that combines a thrilling golf experience with the calmness of the American Southwest.

“Quarry Pines Golf Club is one of the best public golf experiences in the booming Tucson golf market,” said KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner. “We look forward to working with Steven [Schorr, owner of Quarry Pines] to enhance the guest experience through great customer service and best in class course conditions.”
