The best men’s golfers in the world are in North Carolina this week for the 2024 U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2, the third men’s major championship of the year. The legendary Donald-Ross design last hosted the U.S. Open 10 years ago in 2014, an event won by Martin Kaymer.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler — fresh off a win at the Memorial Tournament — is the overwhelming betting favorite, followed by PGA Championship winner Xander Schauffele and Rory McIlroy.
