MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin women’s golf program announced its 2024 fall tournament schedule on Tuesday, highlighted by its annual home Badger Invitational on Sept. 8-10 at University Ridge.
The Badgers will compete at four tournaments this fall, three of which will take place on the road.
Wisconsin opens things up hosting the Badger Invitational on Sept. 8-10 at University Ridge. The tournament historically welcomes 12-13 teams competing over three days on 18 holes each day. Wisconsin finished second at its home event last year with 292-291-290=873 (+9). Kate Brody was UW’s top individual finisher shooting a 215, 1-under par.
The Badger Invitational is a FREE event at University Ridge, offering fans a great opportunity to enjoy Wisconsin’s beautiful autumn weather and watch outstanding women’s collegiate golf.
Wisconsin heads to the Schooner Fall Classic from Sept. 21-23. Hosted by the University of Oklahoma, the tournament will be held at Belmar Golf Club in Norman, Oklahoma.
UW will compete at the Diane Thomason Invitational from Sept. 30 through Oct. 1. Hosted by the University of Iowa, the event will take place at Finkbine Golf Course in Iowa City, Iowa.
The Badgers wrap up their fall schedule at The Ally from Oct. 21-23. Hosted by Mississippi State, the tournament will take place at Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, Mississippi.
