STARKVILLE, Miss. — The Wisconsin women’s golf team competes at The Ally 2024, hosted by Mississippi State at Old Waverly Golf Course and running Monday through Wednesday.
THE TOURNAMENT:
The Ally, hosted by Mississippi State University, is slated to begin Monday, Oct. 21 and run through Wednesday, Oct. 23, with 18 holes being played on each day. Tee times on Monday and Tuesday will begin at 7:30 a.m. (CT). Tee times Tuesday will depend on results and team travel plans.
THE FIELD:
Teams competing along with Wisconsin include Mississippi State, Auburn, Florida, Indiana, Jacksonville State, James Madison, ULM, Mercer, Old Dominion, Sam Houston State, Southern Miss, Troy, UAB, Vanderbilt, and Western Kentucky.
Wisconsin’s lineup is made up of (1) Carly Carter, (2) Alexia Siehl, (3) Kate Brody, (4) Ava Salay and (5) Camille Kuznik.
THE COURSE:
Old Waverly Golf Course is a par-72 and will be playing at 6,284 yards for The Ally. Old Waverly has also hosted several high-profile championship golf events over the years, including the SEC Women’s Championship, the Women’s US Mid-Am, and most notably, the 1999 US Women’s Open won by World Golf Hall of Famer, Juli Inkster.

LAST TIME OUT:
Wisconsin finished in second place at the 2024 Diane Thomason Invitational. The Badgers shot a 48-over par 299-295-318=912. Carly Carter and Chloe Chan led the Badgers, each finishing in the top five. Carter finished tied for second place overall at 6-over par 72-74-76=222, marking a career best finish. Chan finished the tournament at 9-over par 73-72-80=225.
