Concert Golf Partners adds Golf Club of the Everglades to its portfolio

Concert Golf Partners acquired the Golf Club of the Everglades from PulteGroup, a residential home construction company based in Atlanta. The club, located in Naples, Florida, becomes the 35th property in Concert’s portfolio, joining such Florida courses as The Club at Renaissance in Fort Myers and Marsh Landing Country Club in Ponte Vedra, as well as Glen Oaks Country Club in Des Moines, Iowa; TPC Jasna Polana in Princeton, New Jersey; and The Club at Pasadera in Monterey, California.

The Golf Club of the Everglades is a 261-acre club designed by renowned architect Rees Jones. It opened in 2000 and features a 7,352-yard par-72 open links-style championship course, as well as a members-only clubhouse, restaurant and an eight-acre practice facility. The club also allows its members to play golf at their leisure without tee times, a rarity for the area. The property is surrounded by the 500-home Greyhawk community. Additionally, golf and social members receive a unique dining experience at the club. The executive chef customizes meals to the preference of members and guests, and the menus specialize in innovative locally sourced seasonal cuisine that change regularly to feature the new items that complement the region’s produce offerings.

“The Golf Club of the Everglades boasts a fantastic golf course, and we are proud to feature this club in our collection of exclusive private clubs nationwide,” said Jordan Peace, senior vice president of corporate development at Concert Golf Partners. “With Concert Golf based in Florida, we are especially proud to invest in the Naples community, which has shown tremendous resilience and resolve through the recent hurricanes. We look forward to delivering exciting enhancements and first-class service to the Golf Club of the Everglades’ members.”

Concert Golf is based in Orlando and has sought out a blend of iconic and select private golf and country clubs since its inception in 2011. Some of the courses in its portfolio were designed by world-renowned golf architects such as Tom Fazio, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Arnold Palmer and Rees Jones.
