Women’s Golf Heads to Lake Keowee for Clemson Invitational – Penn State

SUNSET, S.C.  – The Penn State women’s golf team is challenging itself at a new tournament, The Clemson Invitational, held at The Reserve at Lake Keowee in South Carolina this weekend.

The tournament will feature three single rounds days with split tee times from 9 a.m. – 10:40 a.m. on Friday and Saturday followed by a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start for Sunday’s final round.

A par-72, 6,489-yard, Jack Nicklaus designed course, The Reserve at Lake Keowee opened in 2002 and contains natural features typical of the foothills and the Blue Ridge Escarpment region – sloping terrain, lake and mountain views and mature forests of mixed hardwoods and pines.
