SAN FRANCISCO (April 1, 2025) – Washington State Women’s Golf shared the lowest team score in the Tuesday’s final round to finish third at the USF Invitational held at The Olympic Club.
The Cougars combined for +7 in Monday’s second round and again posted a +7 in Tuesday’s final round to place third, just four shots off winner BYU. Five Cougars finished among the Top-19 while senior Sarah Skovgaard Bils led the charge with a final-round one-under Tuesday.
Junior Hannah Harrison carded a one-over 72 Tuesday and tied for 14th with sophomore Alice Johansson while senior Madelyn Gamble tied for 17th and capped the tournament with a two-over. Bils and freshman Agnes Brink both tied for 19th with Brink closing her tournament with four birdies.
The Course and Tournament Format
The USF Invitational, formally the Olympic Invitational, was held at The Olympic Club – Lake Course in San Francisco.
The course played as a par-71 at 6,054 yards.
