NORMAN, Okla. — Four Stanford women’s golfers were selected for the 2025 Arnold Palmer Cup, announced Tuesday on Golf Channel. The four Cardinal heading to this prestigious event are the most by one college team in the field.
The 2025 Arnold Palmer Cup will be played June 5-7, 2025, at Congaree Golf Club in Ridgeland, South Carolina. This Ryder-Cup style competition sees men and women from the United States playing side-by-side against their international counterparts. The event began in 1997 and runs every summer.
No university in the country has more selections on the women’s side than Stanford’s four. Ganne is the only Cardinal to ever earn a second selection to the Arnold Palmer Cup, after playing in Ireland during last year’s event. Örtengren, Revuelta, and Xu all earn their first selections after impressive 2024-25 seasons.
