Women's Golf Stays In Third Place Headed Into Final Round

The Wildcats hold their spot in third place through 36 holes of the Stanford Intercollegiate. The Cats remain in third place but the gap has closed between the rest of the field after a 1-over par round.

Charlotte Back was the low Wildcat after a 67 that included five birdies and a solo bogey. Kinsley Ni followed up her round of 67 yesterday with an even par round. Sara Vitasek is now 5-over par for the tournament after a 7-over par round two.

Nena Wongthanavimok finished with a 72 after playing the front nine 1-under and the back nine 2-over par. Julia Misemer had a solid front nine but could not find the birdies on that back nine.

Kinsley Ni is leading the field in par four scoring average through 18 holes. Sara Vitasek had the second best par five scoring average out of the 100 player field.

There will be a shotgun start for tomorrow’s final round at 8:30am MST.
