Wake Forest’s Ketchum and Kovelesky Named to Fall ANNIKA Award Watchlist


COLUMBUS, Ga. – Wake Forest women’s golfers Morgan Ketchum and Chloe Kovelesky have been named to the final Fall Watch List for the ANNIKA Award, presented by Stifel. This is the first appearance on the list for both Demon Deacons.

Currently ranked No. 10 on Scoreboard by clippd, Kovelesky has continued her freshman success this fall, marked by an individual title at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate and a runner-up finish at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup.

The sophomore has maintained a 71.58 scoring average throughout the fall and matched career low rounds of 67 twice this season. Additionally, the 2025 All-American Honorable Mention selection tied a career low 54-hole round during her second-place finish at the Stephens Cup.

In her first four tournaments with the Demon Deacons, Ketchum has been a consistent force for Wake Forest. The graduate student placed top-15 or better in all four events this fall and earned a season-best sixth-place finish at the Landfall at four under par.

The Winston-Salem native has shot at par or better in 75 percent of her rounds so far this season and carded two rounds at 68 in back-to-back tournaments.

The two Deacs have been key contributors to the no.4-ranked Wake Forest squad and helped them to two team titles this season and a top-three finish at the Landfall.
