TUCSON, Ariz. – Sun Devil Women’s Golf finished round one and two of the Arizona Intercollegiate at the No. 7 spot (+23/599) on Monday evening.
Senior Beth Coulter paced the Sun Devils through two rounds of the Arizona Intercollegiate, carding a four over (+4/148) performance. Coulter opened the tournament with a strong first round, shooting one under par (-1/71) behind three birdies.
Sophomore Isla McDonald-O’Brien followed closely, posting a five over (+5/149) score through Monday’s action. McDonald-O’Brien bounced back with an impressive second round, firing a one under (-1/71) and sinking seven birdies on the day.
Arizona State heads into the final round with Coulter teeing off in the No. 1 position, followed by McDonald-O’Brien at No. 2. Freshman Kate Dillon will play as the No. 3 golfer, while Paula Schulz-Hanssen and Pimpisa “Fai” Rubrong round out the lineup in the No. 4 and No. 5 spots, respectively.
