The Demon Deacons’ lineup features three golfers ranked in the top-20 on Scoreboard: No. 9 Chloe Kovelesky, No. 13 Macy Pate and No. 16 Morgan Ketchum. Kovelesky is the third-highest ranked individual in the competition following a win at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate this past September and a runner-up finish at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup the following weekend.
Additionally, the Deacs are one of 12 teams among the total 17 competitors ranked in the top-25, featuring ACC foe No. 13 Duke and No. 24 Florida State within the pack.
Round one for the Deacons begins at 9:40 a.m. ET. Wake Forest will be paired with No. 8 Auburn and No. 18 South Carolina.
Last Time Out
In 2024, the Deacs grabbed a runner-up finish at one-over, with back-to-back team rounds under-par. Then-junior Anne-Sterre den Dunnen led the way for the Demon Deacons, carding an eagle and 13 total birdies, second amongst the individual boards. The Almere, Netherlands-native dominated on par fives, helping the squad climb from 11th place during day one to second overall.
