Men's Golf No. 2 Seed In NCAA Bryan Regional


The North Carolina Tar Heels are the No. 2 seed in the NCAA Men’s Golf Bryan Regional, which will be played May 18-20 at Texas A&M’s Traditions Club in Bryan, Texas.

 

The ninth-ranked Tar Heels earned their 33rd NCAA regional appearance, including each of the last 11 times the NCAA Championship has been played (there was no tournament in 2020 due to Covid-19).

 

Carolina has advanced out of the regionals in seven of the last eight NCAA Championships.

 

Joining UNC in the Texas A&M Regional are No. 1 seed Texas, No. 3 Tennessee, No. 4 New Mexico, No. 5 Texas A&M, No. 6 TCU, No. 7 UNCW, No. 8 UNLV, No. 9 Colorado, No. 10 Cincinnati, No. 11 Chattanooga, No. 12 Miami (Ohio), No. 13 UTRGV and No. 14 Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

 

The top five teams after three rounds of the regional advance to the NCAA Championship May 29-June 3 in Carlsbad, Calif.
