Eastpointe Country Club is catering to members of all ages

As more young families moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Eastpointe Country Club knew it had to implement some changes. Its amenities had previously catered to an older demographic.

So club management decided to add a multifaceted facility that would meet the needs of current and future members alike. Known as The Pointe, it was designed with community engagement and a sense of belonging in mind. Consequently, it appeals to a wide range of ages and interests with its bistro, a fitness facility and a large pool area with outdoor dining.

Eastpointe Country Club has seen a high return on its investment, with revenues increasing ever since The Pointe opened in May 2023.

The primary driver of this upturn in finances? According to Scott Feller, general manager, the club has a more active and engaged community than ever before, leading to a rise in membership interest.

“We have seen increased participation in health and wellness activities,” Feller said. “The Pointe has also strengthened our appeal to younger families, who are now exploring membership opportunities.”

The Pointe’s 7,800-square-foot fitness facility with its high-tech equipment and Pilates room, has certainly been a draw. The bistro has also increased traffic, since it can be used for business meetings and family gatherings in addition to regular dining.

The expansive pool area, with its lounge seating and firepits, attracts people of all ages, particularly families with children.

To increase its reputation as a family-friendly club, Eastpointe is developing a Kids Club, and

DiVosta Homes has recently added 75 new housing units on the property, helping the club to increase its membership even more.

“With our ongoing investments, Eastpointe is well positioned to attract new members and provide lasting value,” Feller said.

Meanwhile, Eastpointe hasn’t lost sight of its primary amenity: golf. It recently renovated its East Course, one of two 18-hole championship courses. Each hole was modernized, while its driving range, master putting green and short game areas were restored.

“These upgrades ensure our golf facilities remain among the region’s finest,” Feller said. “Every initiative at Eastpointe, in fact, is focused on long-term success, enhancing the member experience, strengthening financial stability and ensuring the club remains a premier destination for years to come.”
