Women’s Golf Heads to West Coast Conference Championships in California


PULLMAN, Wash. (April 16, 2025) – Washington State Women’s Golf heads to the 2025 West Coast Conference Championships in Northern California Thursday through Saturday.
 
The Course and Tournament Format
The WCC Championships will be held at the Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield, Calif.
 
The course will play as a par-72 at 6,170 yards.

Teams will play 18 holes each day starting at 7:30 a.m.

Last Time Out

Washington State shared the lowest team score in the final round to finish third at the USF Invitational held at The Olympic Club April 1. The Cougars combined for +7 in Monday’s second round and again posted a +7 in Tuesday’s final round to place third, just four shots off winner BYU. Five Cougars finished among the Top-19 while senior Sarah Skovgaard Bils led the charge with a final-round one-under Tuesday. Junior Hannah Harrison carded a one-over 72 Tuesday and tied for 14th with sophomore Alice Johansson while senior Madelyn Gamble tied for 17th and capped the tournament with a two-over. Bils and freshman Agnes Brink both tied for 19th with Brink closing her tournament with four birdies.

 

Harrison, Cougs Finish Runners-Up at Nashville Invitational

Washington State junior Hannah Harrison both finished runner-up at the Nashville Invitational at The Hermitage Golf Course, President’s Reserve in Tennessee March 24-25. Harrison carded a two-over final round 74 to finish her round tied with Louise Dahl of Cal State Fullerton but Dahl birdied her final hole to clinch the win. Harrison finished her tournament with rounds of 69, 74 and 74 for the best tournament in her career highlighted by the runner-up finish. Sophomore Alice Johansson also fired a final round 74 to finish ninth, her third Top-10 finish this…
