MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin women’s golf team announced its 2025-26 season schedule on Friday, highlighted by its annual home Badger Invitational on September 14-16 at University Ridge.
The Badgers compete at 12 tournaments this season, with the 2026 Big Ten Championships occurring on April 24-26.
Wisconsin first tees off at the Wolverine Invitational, hosted by Minnesota from September 7-8. The tournament takes place at U-M Golf Course in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The team then hosts its annual Badger Invitational, once again at University RIdge in Madison. This competition runs from September 14-16 and features a 15-team field. The Badgers placed fifth in the event last season, led by Kate Brody’s 5-over par.
Wisconsin participates in three more tournaments during the fall. On September 20-22, the team competes in the Schooner Fall Classic at Belmar Golf Club, hosted by Oklahoma. Next is the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah from October 6-7, hosted by Illinois and played at Medinah Country Club. The fall schedule rounds out with the Dale McNama Invitational at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This competition is hosted by Tulsa and runs from October 13-14.
The spring schedule begins on February 9 with the Arizona Thunderbird Intercollegiate, hosted by Arizona at the Tucson Country Club.
The Badgers stay in Arizona to host their annual Westbrook Invitational at Wesbrook Golf Club in Peoria. Wisconsin has hosted this event in 13 of the last 14 seasons, and finished at least in the top four teams in the last two seasons. This year’s iteration will run from February 22-23.
March sees Wisconsin play in two events. The first being the Shootout at Wachesaw at Wachesaw Plantation Club in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, hosted by Purdue and starting on March 9. The second is the MountainView Collegiate hosted by Missouri at the MountainView Golf Club in Tucson, Arizona – running from March 20-22.
The Badgers finish the regular season with two events in April, both hosted by fellow Big Ten teams. Purdue hosts the Boilermaker Spring Class on April 12-13, located at Ackerman-Allen Course in West Lafayette, Indiana. Maryland then hosts the Terrapin Invitational on April 12-13, located at the University of Maryland Golf Club at College Park.
