PHOENIX, Ariz. – Following the conclusion of the 2023 Pac-12 Championships at Papago Golf Club on Wednesday, the Pac-12 Conference unveiled its 12-member All-Conference Team. Sadie Englemann, Megha Ganne and Rose Zhang were Stanford’s honorees, matching USC for the most in the conference.
Englemann, a junior from Austin, Texas, has a 71.81 scoring average over 27 rounds thus far. In nine events, she has four Top-5 finishes, five Top-10 finishes and seven Top-13 finishes. Sixteen of Englemann’s 27 rounds have been played at par or better this season, including nine of the last 12 rounds.
Ganne, a freshman from Holmdel, N.J., has a 72.42 scoring average in 24 rounds to open her Cardinal career. She has four Top-10 and six Top-20 finishes in eight events and has played half her rounds at even-par or better. Her best finish of the season was a runner-up finish at the Carmel Cup.
Zhang, a sophomore from Irvine, Calif., won the Pac-12 Championship on Wednesday with a championships-record 12-under 204. She has won six times in eight events this season, matching Rachel Heck (2021) for the school record. She has now won 10 times in her 18-event career, surpassing Andrea Lee as the school record-holder for career wins. Zhang has a 69.08 scoring average in 24 rounds this season and has played 21 of 24 rounds at even-par or better, and 13 in the 60s.
