CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Tennessee women’s golf team is set to compete at the Ruth’s Chris Tar Heel Invitational this week, hosted by North Carolina at the Governor’s Club.

The tournament will be a two-day, 54-hole event, with the opening two rounds scheduled for Monday, followed by round three on Tuesday.

LADY VOLS’ LINEUP
Bailey Davis
Davis posted a 69 in the final round of the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah to finish tied for 29th place at -3. The sophomore posted a career-best performance at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship last month, shooting -10 to tie for second place. Her impressive 63 in round two marked the lowest 18-hole score in tournament history.

Kayla Holden
Holden notched two under-par scores in the final two rounds of the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah (69, 70) to tie for 23rd place, notching the fourth top-25 finish of her career. It also marked the junior’s best performance this season.

Vanessa Gilly
Gilly finished the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah tied for 68th place (+6). The junior’s best finish of the season was at the Cougar Classic in September, shooting -2 to tie for 21st place, the third top-25 finish of her collegiate career.

Manassanan Chotikabhukkana
Chotikabhukkana shot +2 overall to conclude the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah tied for 52nd place. The freshman’s best finish of the season occurred at the Cougar Classic last month, logging an even-par score to tie for 26th place.

Caroline Patterson
Patterson is coming off a career-best performance at the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah. The freshman carded a 67 in the second round to shoot -5 overall, tying for 19th place, marking her best finish of the season and her young Tennessee career.
