The Phillips’ Perspective…

“I was proud of the effort the team exhibited this week,” head coach John Phillips said. “We played some really good golf against a great opponent yesterday (Northwestern) and continued that play this morning (Penn State). I was happy with the production out of our freshmen, with each of them winning at least one match. We have a couple of areas of the game that we need to clean up before we head to Puerto Rico, but the team is excited to get back to College Park and go to work.”
