Men’s Golf Heads West for Mirabel Maui Jim Intercollegiate


After opening the 2023-24 season earlier this week, the Missouri men’s golf team is right back in action, competing at the Mirabel Maui Jim Intercollegiate in Scottsdale, Arizona.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Fifteen teams are set to compete at the Mirabel Club in Arizona, starting on Friday with 18 holes. The Tigers tee off at 10:50 a.m. CT during the first round with an additional 18 holes of action on Saturday (tee times begin at 10 a.m. CT) and Sunday (tee times begin at 9 a.m. CT).

The Tigers are joined in the field by Auburn, Colorado, Fresno State, Georgia State, Little Rock, Mercer, New Mexico, Ohio State, Oregon, San Diego State, Santa Clara, SMU, Texas State and UNLV.

The par-71 course at The Mirabel Club measures 7,147 yards in length.

The individual winner of the tournament will receive an exemption into a 2024-25 Korn Ferry Tour season event.

OPENING TOURNEY RECAP

|The Tigers began the 2023-24 season by finishing second at the Golfweek Collegiate Kickoff in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Jack Lundin led Mizzou by placing second overall at 10-under, finishing just one stroke off the championship pace. Lundin was followed by Alfons Bondesson (-3), Dagbjartur Sigurbrandsson (+2), Charlie Crockett (+4) and Virgilio Paz (+6).

UP NEXT
