Landscapes Golf Management adopts Noteefy tee-time notification software

Landscapes Golf Management has adopted the Noteefy tee-time notification software for its portfolio of daily-fee courses. Plans are in the works to implement a similar program for its private courses as well.

Noteefy allows users to make personalized searches at courses of their choice with specific preferences, such as days, times and number of players. Users are then notified by real-time text and email alerts when tee times become available that fit their specified searches. After that, booking takes place by whatever means the course has in place.

“For every tee time that perishes, it’s opportunity cost,” said Scot Welman, Director of Marketing and Revenue Management of Landscapes Golf Management. “Tee time notifications represent an easy and automated optimize bookings and staff resources alike.”

Since implementing the new system, LGM’s Pacific Springs Golf Club outside of Omaha, Nebraska, is seeing strong results. Todd Anderson, the general manager, said they’ve received strong feedback from golfers who like that they can spend less time searching for times due to the instant notifications.

Noteefy was co-founded by CEO Jake Gordon in April 2022. He previously worked at Accenture after getting his master’s in business.
