Every now and then you walk into a pro shop and just see that one golf top that stands out that you absolutely have to have. I was instantly drawn to the pretty parrot pattern and the vibrant colors of this long-sleeve top. It definitely reflects my personality, which I think is very true of women’s golf clothing in general. We all know the women who wear the same pair of trousers and sweater every week. How very boring I say! I’m definitely a lover of fashion and seeing a fun and funky top like this has abundant appeal to me, even if it’s only a one season fad or fashion phase.

The long-sleeve top has been very popular on the Asian tours for many years, where you’ll see most of the women professionals covering up. It’s nice to see that the same thought has gone into designing for the mass market now and with skin cancer more prevalent than ever, it’s good to see Callaway’s design team taking this seriously.

There is plenty of room for bigger arms and the subtle stretch just allows the arms to taper in close to your hands so that you don’t find yourself having to pull the material up and out of the way to grip the club or address a putt.
The round neck mock-style collar will give that added protection from the sun catching the back of your neck and also looks very stylish. With a long-zip front you can also choose to keep it zipped up or open for a little added ventilation. One of the absolute wins of a moisture-wicking fabric like this is it is quick dry. It virtually comes out of the washing machine after a spin cycle dry and doesn’t crease, so there’s no need for ironing,…
