CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Thomas Detry, coming off the best finish in a major for his career at PGA Championship last week at Valhalla, headlines a busy week for Fighting Illini touring professionals.

Detry tied for fourth at the PGA Championship in the eighth start in a major of his career. It marked his third top-five finish of the season, and the performance moved him to 20th in the FedEx Cup standings while vaulting him to a career-best 54th in the Official World Golf Rankings.

Stricker’s win at last year’s event was one of six during the 2023 campaign. He is in search of his first win of the 2024 season.
