Five Iron Golf opening largest venue to date in Dubai

Five Iron Golf is currently preparing to open its largest venue to date in Dubai. Set to open in late summer/early fall of 2024, the facility will cover 32,038 square feet and will feature 17 simulators powered by Trackman Golf.

The company has secured exclusive development rights in the region and plans to capitalize on that exclusivity by offering a top-of-the-line experience. Every simulator bay uses Five Iron’s multi-angle camera system for swing analysis, and six bays will also house TruGolf Multisport technology to provide a multitude of sporting experiences. Brand-new Callaway clubs will be available for customers to use, as well as free on-site valet parking.

The venue will offer other amenities such four bars, an outdoor beach-themed bunker bar with a nine-hole mini-golf course overlooking the Dubai Marina, a VIP members-only lounge, a private room with three simulators and a bar, an indoor putting green, work pods, table games, a sauna, a gym and a locker room.

The venture is spearheaded by entrepreneurs Matthew Csillag and David Zabinsky and general manager Andrew Bostock. Jared Solomon, CEO and co-founder of Five Iron, is excited for the expansion.

“This partnership underscores our dedication to bringing the Five Iron Golf experience to diverse communities worldwide,” he said. “That commitment is why we’re thrilled to collaborate with Matthew, David, and Andrew to introduce our innovative and proven model to Dubai, further cementing our status as leaders in the global golf and entertainment industry.”

The Dubai location joins 29 locations in 13 states and four countries, and Five Iron is finalizing preparations for more, including Erie, Pennsylvania, this spring, and Port Chester, New York; Yukon, Oklahoma; St. Louis, Missouri; and Upstate New York in 2024 and 2025.
