Women’s Golf Set for Inverness Intercollegiate

TOLEDO, Ohio – The No. 29 NC State women’s golf team is back on the links for the 2025 Inverness Intercollegiate, hosted by Toledo from Monday, Sept. 15 to Tuesday, Sept. 16. The tournament will be played at the Inverness Club, a par-72, 6,427-yard course.

This tournament is a 54-hole event with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. with 36 holes on Monday. The tournament will wrap up on Tuesday with tee times off No. 1 and 10, starting at 8:30 a.m.

The field features 12 teams, including three in the top 25 in No. 12 Florida, No. 15 Ohio State and No. 24 TCU.

The Inverness Club was founded in 1903 and served as the host of the 2009 NCAA Men’s Golf Championships, as well as the 2021 Solheim Cup and four U.S. Opens, two U.S. Senior Opens, two PGA Championships and more. Inverness is set to host the 2027 U.S. Women’s Open and the 2029 U.S. Amateur.
