CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – For the 11th consecutive season, South Carolina has multiple All-America selections as junior Vairana Heck and sophomore Eila Galitsky were tabbed 2025-26 WGCA Honorable Mention All-Americans.
It’s the third All-America honor for Galitsky and the first for Heck. Galitsky was a WGCA First Team All-American and a Golfweek Second Team All-American last season.
In 19 seasons under head coach Kalen Anderson, the Gamecocks have produced 56 All-America honors total by 17 different players.
Galitsky and Heck were also named Second Team All-SEC this season.
Galitksy burst onto the scene last spring as a true freshman and continued her solid play this season with a team-best 71.76 scoring average. She also led the team with five top-10 finishes and 15 rounds of par or better in 10 events played. Galitksy won the ANNIKA Intercollegiate (Sept. 8-10) for her second college win to begin the season. She finished T-6th at the NCAA Louisville Regional (May 11-13) just missing out on qualifying for the NCAA Championship as an individual. Galitsky fnished the season No. 41 in the Clippd Player Rankings.
Heck put together the best season of her career in 2025-26 with a 71.86 scoring average and a team-best seven top-20 finishes in 10 stroke play starts. She had three top-10 finishes and picked up her first career win at the Shootout at Wachesaw on March 9. Heck finished T-19th at the NCAA Tallahassee Regional (May 11-13) and led the team with a T-8th finish at the SEC Championship (April 17-19). She finished the season No. 47 in the Clippd Player Rankings.
Galitksy is currently ranked No. 12 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings while Heck sits at No. 133 entering the summer.
