Brinker Set to Compete in Colorado Women’s Open


DENVER – Duke women’s golf rising senior Phoebe Brinker is set to compete in the 2023 Inspirato Colorado Women’s Open, which will take place June 14-16 at the Green Valley Ranch Golf Club in Denver, Colo.  

The golfers will compete in 54 holes of stroke play over three days.  

A three-time Honorable Mention All-American, Brinker is coming off a season where she carded a team-best 72.81 stroke average along with six top-10 finishes.  She collected a team-best 18 rounds of even or under par and seven rounds in the 60s.  Brinker registered 105 birdies on the year, becoming the first Blue Devil since 2017-18 to reach the 100-birdie mark.

Brinker is slated to tee off on Wednesday in the opening round at 9:05 a.m. (ET) along with Grina Mendoza and Molly Greenblatt.
