Women's Golf Heads to Georgia for Last Tournament of Fall


The Missouri women’s golf team heads to Georgia for the last tournament of the 2023 fall season.

TOURNAMENT INFO

The Southern tournament is composed of 11 teams set to compete at the Savannah Golf Club starting on Monday with 36 holes. The Tigers will have a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. CT during the first round with an additional 18 holes of action on Tuesday (shotgun at 7:30 a.m. CT) for final placement. 

The Tigers are joined in the field by Augusta, Campbell, Charleston Southern, Coastal Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Georgia Southern, Jacksonville State, Sacred Heart, Western Kentucky and Xavier.

The Savannah Golf Club is a par-72 course that plays 6,036 yards long in Savannah, Georgia. 

LAST TIME OUT

The Tigers return from Virginia, carding 890 strokes over the three days. Melanie Walker led Mizzou overall for the second-straight tournament, carding a 220 over 54 holes (69-74-77).
