CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Virginia sophomore Bryan Lee has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Golfer of the Month for February.
Lee posted a pair of top-25 finishes last month, headlined by winning co-medalist honors at the Puerto Rico Classic. The Fairfax, Virginia, native fired a final-round 63 and finished the three-day event at 15-under 201 for a career-best score. It marked the first time Lee earned medalist honors while at UVA.
At the Watersound Invitational, which featured nine teams in the top 50, Lee tied for 22nd in the 75-player field, finishing with a 1-under 215. Lee’s campaign was highlighted by a final-round 69, as he moved up 18 spots in the individual leaderboard.
