Men’s Golf Concludes Big Ten Championship


Big Ten Championship Final Results
 
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Penn State men’s golf team finished tied for 10th as the Big Ten Championship concluded Sunday at Scioto Country Club.
 
Penn State placed tied for 10th after finishing at 67-over, 907, through the 54-hole event. The Nittany Lions shot a 27-over, 307, in Sunday’s third and final round.
 
Jake Griffin and Jimmy Meyers both led the way for the Nittany Lions, finishing tied for 19th at 15-over, 225. Both Griffin and Meyers shot a 7-over, 77, in the final round.
 
Patrick Sheehan shot a 9-over, 79, Sunday to finish at 18-over, 228, and in a tie for 33rd place.
 
Morgan Lofland carded Penn State’s best round of the final day, a 6-over, 76, and finished tied for 57th at 24-over, 234. Billy Pabst Jr. finished in 67th place at 30-over, 240.
